Return Policy | Hair By Numa


All cancellation requests can be emailed to within 24 hours from placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, or prepared for shipping, we can no longer cancel the order successfully. A refusal of the item at delivery will be considered a return and a credit minus shipping fees will be issued back to your original payment method. Understand that we would rather you keep the item that will be delivered to your home and we will resolve for a solution that works for you via email. 

For returns/exchanges for products that were shipped from international/domestic suppliers on our behalf, we do not accept returns. If there was a mistake on our end (wrong item sent, length, color, etc.) , please email and we will assist you further!

    Refunds for items purchased from Hair By Numa location:
    To complete your return request, email us at and we will assist you! We can provide a shipping label to assist with the return of the product and deduct the cost of shipping from the refunded amount. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the product.

    A full refund will be issued back in the same method of payment that was used after receiving and inspecting the product. Refunds can take between 3-10 business days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again after the 10 business days are up. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your side. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
    Defective/Damaged items purchased from Hair By Numa location:

    If you receive any damaged or defective products on our behalf, please email us at with your full name, order number, and proof/photo of the damaged/defective product(s) within TEN (10) business days from receiving your product. Once product is received, we will come to a resolution that works for you. If you inform us of the damage after the allocated time frame, we can only provide a store credit for
