Please note: During holidays throughout the year, there can be a longer period of shipping delay. 

TRACK YOUR ORDER: When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification along with a tracking number for most orders. You can also log in to Your Account to view your order details. Your order history will only show if you have signed up to our newsletter before making your payment at the checkout page. Another option is to downtown the "Arrive" app that gives you more in depth updates for tracking your shipment.

If there is an order coming from China, France, UK, etc... then there is a possibility that there might not be a tracking number but, we will tell you the delivery timeframe with an email when the order has been shipped to your home.


Hair By Numa ships products to domestic locations and most international countries worldwide.

When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation number within 24 hours sent to your email that was placed in your order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information and details of your order.

The processing time for orders is 2-5 business days. The delivery time for domestic is 3-10 business days when order is coming from Hair By Numa's warehouse. If order is placed and shipping from international countries (such as China, France, UK, etc.) then the shipping can have a longer processing and shipping timeframe. We do appreciate your patience. Selecting Express Shipping will assist in getting your parcel faster!

When items are out of stock, please e-mail us and we will ensure that we can refill the stock for you to place your order. Note that the delivery timeframe will be extended when out of stock. We do appreciate your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipments that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from one delivery courier to another local courier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes/delays. We are not responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has left the country of origin.
